为南丹东路218号营服中心综合楼新增4套VRV空调系统和通风系统，室内设自由静压风管式室内机30台，四面出风嵌入式室 内机33台，管线敷设及改造中涉及的装饰维修；对九龙路375号1号楼室内机及水管进行改造，包含更换风机盘管189台、空调箱4台，水 管约3856米，吊顶维修约1395平方米。
Four new VRV air conditioning systems and ventilation systems were added to the Customer Service Center complex at 218 Nandan East Road, with 30 free-static-pressure ducted indoor units and 33 four-way cassette indoor units, pipeline laying and related decorative repairs; at Building 1, 375 Jiulong Road, the indoor units and water piping were renovated, including replacement of 189 fan coil units and 4 air handling units, about 3,856 m of water piping and about 1,395 m² of ceiling repairs.
